Hi.. I have applied for my Study permit on 16th June in CHC-Islamabad for LSBF. Still waiting for my Medicals. Can anyone let me know after i get my Visa how much time should i wait to apply for my partner's visa under spouse category? Can spouse visa be applied from Riyadh ? I am not sure about it because I have applied in CHC-Islamabad and may be it requires spouse to apply through the same country... Please advise..

Regards

Why dont you get your visa first.Am more worried of your visa than your spouses.

If you knew the kind of stress that students go through in the quest for visa,then you would forget about that for a moment.

Thanks Habil for your reply.. My Visa is not in my hands to its useless to worry about it :) ... Can only pray for it... Inshallah if things go well i have another step to follow and that's about my Spouse... So just wanted to get some general inquiries in advance... My stress will not shorten my Visa process :) ... I have done my part and leave the rest on Allah Almighty and CHC-Islamabad :)

@Cool_143,
wait, till you get your study permit.

after that ur spouse can apply from anywhere in the world.
you just need to make your application strong enough in two fields:

1 - your spouse's strong home ties - could be his/her job, property
2 - you have sufficient funds to sponsor your spouse( your tuition fees + CAD $ 10,000 + CAD 4,000 for your spouse).
