Jan 6, 2011: notice received for recheck application
Feb 7, 2011: medical and additional requirements been made
Mar 3, 2011: resubmitted application to CIC-Mississauga
April 5, 2011: application received in CEM
April 20, 2011: notice received from CEM for add original docs and passport.
May 23, 2011: submitted my original docs and passport, etc to CEM.
June 9, 2011: visa fee paid to CIC-Mississauga

then, 1st week or 2nd week of July my husband called his friend at the Immigration office in Mississauga to follow up and it says the Decision has been Made.

MY QUESTION IS, THE ECAS REALLY UPDATED OR NOT? Thank you so much for your reply..

they do update eCAS....but in my experience,ECAS is delayed. I had the same experience as your husband did Grace.....I was called up by our local CIC officer here in Saskatoon,telling me my son has met all the requirements and visa will be issued within 30 days......when I checked his ECAS a few days after coz I got curious;it says IN PROCESS. If your husband's CIC officer friend, said its DM then you have to believe him,he will never say its DM if he didn't see it in their system.
