Alright so this is gonna be a bit tricky.
I recently got accepted into a private college, got a 2 year student visa. Me and my spouse were definitely broken up at the time so I wasnt even considering bringing her over with me however recently we sorta got back together and well being with her is again what Im thinking about.
Now, one of the rules to bring over a spouse is u gotta be enrolled in a public college or a college in Quebec basically so Im just curious technically if I changed schools and enrolled in one in Quebec, preferably a CEGEP, would it increase my chances of bringing her over? This is all very hypothetical at this point but just curious could the above scenario work. Thanks.
