I am Indian citizen and currently studying in Canada on a two year SPU program. This winter I got married with my fiance in India; but she is from Russia. I want to bring her here in Canada to live with me till completion of my stay.
My program will finish in April 2015 and it is very difficult for us to live apart for such a long period.
Can she apply for spouse visa from India or she has to do it from Russia ?
If "Yes" , then which documents will be required for this and how long is the process ?
