She is insisting me to visit or shift to Canada with her , i told her you cannot sponsor me as spouse visa. she is thinking even once you have tourist visa i can be arrange a work permit for you if you will be in Canada.

You cannot change to a work permit in Canada from a tourist visa. You would be coming to Canada as a visitor only. Tell your spouse she cannot arrange a work permit for you.

Are you highly skilled? Do you have ECA for your degree? Have you completed language tests for English and/or French?

Does applying for sponsor visa with details as spouse makes a record in canada as sponsor( PR holder) is married. Once approval of sponsor visa reaches PRL level.

Or to register as married couple (in Canada)one has to follow additional formalities.

As soon as you fill out anything online it becomes a record for IRCC and can be referenced at any point. If you filled out anything related to IRCC indicating you are married you should be prepared to prove that you got divorced before trying to claim you got married to another person.
