They mentiined in refusal letter thar you can try to restore the status i think in 90 days and its almost 70 days.

Hello @scylla , i have a question regarding spousal restoration of status.
We have applied for the restoration of spouse visa that was expired in april. Now she wants to travel to her country while restoration application is in process. My question is if she can return to Canada later in future?
Also our EE application is also in process since last year, will her departure while restoration affect our application also in a negative way or not?

yes, what if she only travels with the permit paper, without the stamp on passport, i think only while returning she will have problem, not while departing from Canada?? TIADo you mean she restored her status?

i am on PGWP, also PA in EE, TRV was expired back in Jan2021, but we came to know only in April (Representative problem). So she can travel without having the Visa Sticker on her passport?When does her TRV expire? No problem leaving. What is your status in Canada?
Believe she needs to apply for a new TRV. You only applied to restore her status not a new TRVi am on PGWP, also PA in EE, TRV was expired back in Jan2021, but we came to know only in April (Representative problem). So she can travel without having the Visa Sticker on her passport?
