We have received your application for permanent residence in Canada and have created a file with the file number indicated above. Please quote this file number in all future correspondence with our office.
In order to expedite the processing of your application, we are requesting that you provide the following as soon as possible:
 Proof of payment of your Right of Permanent Resident Fee (landing fee) to our office in Mississauga or by your sponsor in Canada, if not already paid. Note: dependent children are not required to pay the Right of Permanent Resident Fee.
 Submission of police clearance certificates for you and all dependent family members who are 18 years or older, for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more, if not already submitted. Note: If you or your family members were under 18 years of age (16 years of age in certain jurisdictions) for the entire time you lived in a particular country, you do not need to provide a police certificate for that country.

NOTE: You MUST inform our office of any change in your mailing address, a change in your marital and/or family status, or other information relevant to your application. Due to our operational constraints we will not be able to acknowledge receipt of the new information, but it will be noted on your file. 1) First thing when i applied for the application i submitted complete application along with the Police Clearance certificate (Which is not expired yet) and application fee of $1040 which is inclusive of the right of permanent resident fee so should i just ignore this mail and wait for process to keep proceeding or should i send all these documents along with this letter to missisauga office again?

2) Second thing After getting the application number and client id number for my wife i tried logging in to check the application status and i got this message below

"We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:

Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.

1. Key words if you have already Paid..and if you have already submitted it would not be required.. Unless you forgot some how to not include the receipt with the application.

2. Sometimes it take a few days before you are able to log into the ECAS system. How long has it been since you received this email?

3. You are not able to call the Visa office directly the only number for immigration is the one in Mississauga the call center accessible only from Canada. In order to contact the abroad visa office it is through email and the link should be somewhere on the email you have received from CIC once SA was approved.

Thanks for the response

Yes i did notice the "if's" in the mail but it also states which i failed to paste it in my query which is

"PLEASE RETURN A COPY OF THIS LETTER WITH THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS. This request is not a guarantee of visa issuance. If any other documents have been requested you must also comply with that request. Failure to comply with the request may result in the refusal of your application".

and i am positive that i have submitted all the required documents at the time of mailing my application and between i received this mail from the Delhi Immigration approximately 2 months back. September 10th 2014 to be exact. What would you suggest me to do further? please advise.

Don't ignore the email. Just reply to it explaining that you have already paid the RPRF and already submitted the relevant PCCs; attach a copy of the original fee receipt.

I replied to the mail and in few days my sponsorship application for my wife got changed to decision made (On January 24th 2015) and it has been quiet a while now 45 days to be precise and i/Spouse have not heard anything from the immigration yet. should i be waiting for few more days or do i have to call/eMail them and check on the status. My wife is being impatient on this regard and i dont want to see her sad about it. Please help.

Regards - Amar

Call the CIC centre and ask explain to them. Decision made means you are approved. They should have requested passport for your wife. Did they request the passport or no

No not yet we have not heard anything back from them.

Sorry to ask but every time "decision made" is showed up, means approval for sure or there's a small chance of refusal yet?

Decision Made simply means that the app has been processed; it can be positive OR negative. DM doesn't in any way, shape or form mean that the decision is positive. That was a very stupid thing for sohaib1 to post.

To sohaib1, I suggest you go back and delete those posts.

Agree 100 % with Canuck! DM is just that -- A decision! Which can be a positive decision or a negative decision. That was very careless of sohaib1 to suggest that DM only meant a positive response.
