Hello,
My boyfriend & I am trying to move in Canada. He's applying for express entry under fsw. Before that I wanted to know...
1. If he goes to Canada as a single and me as a student and get married there how long it'll take to get sponsorship for me?

2. If we get married in our home country but he doesn't include me accompanying him , as I'll be already there with study permit, is it possible?

3. If so Will it effect on his PR application?

4. On the last situation how long it'll take for me to get the PR by being sponsored?

1. Probably around a year.
2. No - not possible. This is misrepresentation. He'll never be able to sponsor your and may have his PR status revoked for lying in his application.
3. See above.
4. See above.

Thanks for ur reply.
But he's not lying actually. He won't add me accompanying only as I'll be already there on my TRV. Is this misrepresentation also?

Sorry - I may have misunderstood. He has to include you - he can include you as non-accompanying. However I don't really see the point since you'll have to do everything all over again when he actually sponsors you.

Yeah but we want to do this because if he shows married and accompanying me his crs score goes very down. But I'll be going there with study visa.
So I was just checking if showing married but not accompanying spouse cuts the score or not?
I also heard somewhere that immigrant officers hiddenly cuts the crs score about hundred if one applicant is married. Is it true or a myth?

Are you already in Canada on Study Permit? If not then your husband/boyfriend applying for PR and you applying for Study Permit might make the visa officer suspicious and deny your study permit. Because in your study permit you must proof that you will be coming back to your home country.
