Spouse sponsorship - What to do after getting CSQ? Can't link account.

Hello,
My wife and I just got her CSQ letter from Quebec and she is approved. In the letter, they mention that they will share the information with IRCC... and nothing else. Do we have to do/send something to IRCC? I'm searching online and can't find the answer.

And also when we try to link her account online, the website can't find it. We tried multiple times and we entered all the right information.
