Spouse Sponsorship/Medical Exam

Hi,

I'm sponsoring my spouse, currently living outside Canada.
I sent his application over a month ago and CIC asked for Medical examination this morning.
I was wondering if anybody knows how long after completing the Medical Examination does it usually take for CIC to issue a visa?
