Spouse Sponsorship/ Adding Spouse to in process file general paper based PR

Hello friends,

Here is my case. I didn't see any thread that who added their spouse to the file which is under process in Regular paper based PR category.

My file reached Sydney Novoscotia Case processing office( under provincial nominee category) on 5 December 2016

Received AOR on 9 the February 2017.

Added my wife file on March 27 th 2017( received CIC Ottawa.)

Got RPRF request on 29 th March 2017.

So the issue is it's been three months by today 27th June 2017 there is no update on my wife file or my file.

My work permit is expiring soo on early October 2017.

I called CIC customer service guys regarding the update. They said some clearances are not done in my file to get work permit.

So can any of guys give me suggestions On my file and what to do next.

And how long does it gonna take to get my wife file added to my file.
