Looking for guidance please
Is there any way to get your spouse early ? PR application tskes too long. Visit visa not possible as ties with back home are not strong, like dont have property on name.
Open work permit possible?
One spouse is Canadian, newly married.

One spouse is Canadian, newly married.

Open work permit is not possible. Your spouse does not qualify for an OWP.

Other options are:
- Study permit
- Closed work permit (requires a job offer and typically an approved LMIA)
