my status in Canada is PR and I have been given a conditional discharge but there is no conviction. There is probation period for one year. Can I sponsor my wife in family class sponsorship??
You need a lawyer. If you are on probation you may not be able to sponsor and depending on the charge you plead guilty to you may not be able to sponsor
