I stay in Africa my wife stays in Canada a citizen ,we filed Dec 08 2017 for PR, did medical may 10th,we received acknowledgement about the exam 14th 2018 and that i passed the medical,Plz what is the next thing ,and how soon is my PR going to be approved

Its not unusual not to hear from IRCC for months after medical exam........the next step will be completion of eligibility assessment and background check which takes a while........so it good to assume spousal sponsorship process completion takes 12 months......which could help reduce your waiting stress.........relax.........its a wait game.
