Spouse sponsor, while federal pr is in processing

Hi everyone,
I am an inbound applicant from canada. Currently, I have open work permit. I got my csq last year and My federal pr is in processing now. I am planning for my marriage and later I wanted to bring my wife to canada(on dependent visa). My question is How this is going to effect my federal PR application? Is it possible to add my wife to my PR application after she come here ?

If you get married before landing as a PR, you need to add your wife to your PR app. If you get married after landing, you nees to sponsor her.

If I add her in My pr application now, Do i need to apply for csq again?
