I am an Indian citizen with a PR and a NOC Class B job. I plan to submit an Inland Spousal Sponsorship application and the OWP for my spouse along with it. My spouse will be on a tourist visa.
I have been doing some research on the SOWP and potential reasons for its refusal. I continuously came across the same reason from the CIC - "The officer was not satisfied that you will return to your home country upon the end of the OWP".
I am a bit confused about this reason. If I get married in Canada and apply for an Inland Spousal Sponsorship, does my spouse still need to prove that she will be going back to her home country athe fter expiration of OWP?
If I have a PR, have a full-time job and legally married, is that all that is required to be eligible for a SOWP?
