I have a question regarding spouse open work permit
I am Post graduate work permit holder and working NOC-B job in canada.
I am planning to getting married in December 2018 and My fiance has a visitor visa of Canada.
I have a question that Can I bring her with me right after my marriage and Apply her Spouse open work permit from Canada.?
Some of the people told me that Yes, ypu can and some of told me that Immigation will not allow her to enter in the canada as she will apply for a work permit and her current status is Visitor.
I am counfused. Please help me out guys.
