Hii, my fiancee have business PR through investment for Ontario province, due to COVID, everything delayed but he will fly to Canada once border will be open for people outside of Canada. We will marry soon, so can I apply for Canadian open work permit and join him in Canada untill I will get my spouse visa as my would be husband want me along with him on any temporary visa. I am divorced and having a kid as well.
