I expect I could get some help here, I have recently received SINP nomination and I have added my spouse (who lives back home in India) as Dependent.
Now, while applying for her open work permit I have selected "A work permit for a spouse, common law partner or child of a skilled worker or international student" option.
In the end, it asks for below information and I have filled and completed all of them.
-IMM1295
-IMM5707
-Passport
-Digital photo
-Proof of relationship
My Question is, this seems to be most simple application, in any of the forms they have not asked anything about Provincial nomination or Proof of funds which I think must be important for the spouse open work permit.
How and Where Should I provide this information? Am I going the right way?
I know the chances to get Open work permit for my spouse is very low but still I want to give it a try.
