Hi , I have Post graduation work permit in canada. I am working NOC B level job. I got married in January 2019 . I applied for my husband’s open work permit in April and he got an interview. The visa officer refused the file saying that he doesn’t have insufficient funds to cover the travel and living expenses in Canada.
Then I reapply with extra funds in November,2019 but my husband got the refusal again . The refusal reason was that visa officer was not satisfied that he will leave the Canada at the end of stay according to section 200(1). But we already applied with written affidavit that he has strong ties in home country and will leave canada at the end of stay. Can someone help me with that please. What things should I improve and when should we re apply . Thanks
