I am just preparing for apply SOWP, my wife is in canada on study permit, and I want to know what is the difference between applying from canada (if she will apply for my self) and applying from India (if I apply from India).

there is no difference.

There is no difference. online application can be submitted from any where. If you are applying paper application than you need to apply from India.

can you share your opinions about how much more time will it take?
eligbility- we are reviewing your eligibilty whether u meet the requirements...since 18th jan 2019.
