Spouse open work permit document help

I am planning to apply for my wife's Spouse Open Work Permit online I have collected below documents,
Please let me know if I need something else.

1) IMM1295E
2) IMM5707E
3) passport
4) Scan photo
5) Medical
6) IMM5257B
7) SOP containing docs as below.

1.1. Letter of Explanation
1.2. Passport.
1.3. Work Permit.
1.4. Un-Official Transcript from Montreal College
1.5. Employment Verification Letter .
1.6. T4 slip from 2016
1.7. Proof of Funds (Bank Statement)

2. (Wife) Documents
2.1 Secondary School Degree Certificate
2.2 Higher Secondary School Degree Certificate

3. Other Documents
3.1 Marriage Certificate
3.2 Marriage Photos
