Did any one who applied spouse open work permit in Sep received any update from CIC yet?

They haven't sent any mail. Applied from Canada for my wife in India.

You made just gckey from canada..but as applicant is out side of canada its not from canada

How do you know review is started?

When i logged in I could see the Application updated notification and when checked the status changed to 'we are reviewing your eligibility' from usual 'we are processing/ your application.
