My Wife is in Canada with me as tourist. I have a BOWP and she's is also as my dependant on our PR application.
She got a offer of employment for a job (postdoctoral fellow) that is employer specific and is usually given a Closed Work Permit...
However, there is a question that asks:
"Are you a spouse, common-law partner or dependant child of person who"
"Holds a Work Permit for a job in NOC 0 A or B"
And she put yes for this question, they only give her an option of Open Work Permit....
Anyone knows how to proceed in this case?
