Can anyone advise on landing experiences of the sponsored person under family class category(outland)? What kinds of questions they might ask? How long it will be? will the sponsor need to attend? any questions related to the sponsor at the time of landing?

Outland "landing" is very simple. The person is asked to confirm the details on their COPR (name, DOB, address, presence of dependents not listed on the COPR), asked to submit their Goods Accompanying and Goods to Follow lists, and that's pretty much it.
