Spouse is Permanent Resident already - Police Report and Medical Exam

If a spouse or partner is already a permanent resident, do they have to do the medical exams and submit police certificate for their spouse's express entry application?

NO I believe not. If your spouse is PR, I'm pretty sure you can only apply through sponsorship.

No. Just fill your forms correctly. When you get to the upload section. ....they'll ask for her passport and proof of status to b uploaded only. No pcc or medicals.
