Spouse has offer. Do I still need to show funds?

Hi Guys,

My spouse has been working with a Canadian based company in India and the company said, they will offer position if moving to Canada. Of course, they can issue the offer letter any time if she requests the company. Let me know if it helps me to bypass the proof of funds requirement or will it give endorse my application and increase the probability of getting PR.

Please help.

If she gets an employer specific work permit (ICT permit) she would have to work for a full year in Canada AND she would need to have an offer stating that she will be working for such company for a year after receiving PR.
