If you are really desperate to stay in Canada and get PR. Then you can divorce your husband but I wouldn't suggest doing that to your spouse.

OP's PR application will be refused under the present circumstances as she is a family member of an inadmissible person.

She would need to tell us when he was banned for any further advice

She has not mentioned when her husband was banned. IMO, that's a very crucial factor for any life decisions that she makes
