if there are few thing going wrong in spouse form IMM0008, has this impact on main applicant immigration, or spouse form is just formality. nothing will be happen from spouse form they didnt check anything of spouse

u can correct it by sending it again. attach a covering letter explaining the mistake. it is not formality. it is our duty to disclose all the facts. therefore my advice send a revused IMM0008 and it won't affect ur application.

1. U got this IMM0008 back alongwith ur Med+PPR+RPRF means that there Might Not Be an impact on ur case.
2. But u r duty bound to correct it & resend it. It's not a formality.
3. The CIC has marked it for u. So, only do that change/s & send back.

Seeing ur repeated posts on the matter, I only hope that the mistake u did was unintentional & not a grave misrepresentation of facts. 'Coz, if that be the case, things might be looked differently by the CIC. Else, it is a simple thing, which doesn't require much deliberation. Ur case should go fine on it.

If you specifically mention what was the wrong information in the spouse form, it may help someone to understand the nature of the mistake and answer accordingly. Form IMM0008 asks a lot of information, while some of it may need change/updation since you submitted the documents other information if withheld may constitute misrepresentation and can have serious consequences. So if possible be specific what was the wrong information on the spouse form and may be someone can help. Also remember that if CIC have got back to you with regard to that particular form they may be a reason for it.
