Hello... if all of you want to come to Canada.... be like us and speak english....alot of you ask for help in the immgration applications but how can we help you if we can,t read it.... If you all know of the new law as of Oct25/12 no english...no Canadian Citizen....and spend 2 years with your sponsor... you go back.... so if you want to be in our country!!!! speak our way.... hey !!!! it will help you in the long run!!!!I,m about 25 days away from my wifes PPR and both of us are in our 50,s... with no children ... but she only speaks english.... then WELCOME TO CANADA !!!!! you,ll love it.....

Well finally the passport and visa arrived after nearly a month! Was it CEM's fault? No, wwwexpress (DHL) had the passport since March 1 and didn't deliver it. If that happened in Vancouver instead of Manila, I would be filing a lawsuit against them. Oh well, at least it's done now and my wife can hop the plane and come back to BC. ;D

hello guys! ask ko lang po about this matter. nag send po ako application sa CIC-M nung febuary 18, 2013. then now we receive a mail telling us na my wife met the req for eligibility as a sponsor. and our application has been forwarded to visa office Manila. my question is on process na po ba un application ko? also wait lang ba kami for any instruction from Manila Visa Office?

Wait mo lang po email or call ng CEM kung mag PPR kana or hihingi pa sila ng additional documents. Usually po mga 5-6 months ka makakatanggap ng acknowledgement from them from the date of the SPONSORSHIP APPROVAL. So for now all you can do is just to wait.

For the acquisition of permanent resident status----------$490

"This fee is payable by principal applicants (with some exceptions) and accompanying spouses and common-law partners. It must be paid before the immigrant visa is issued overseas or before the applicant becomes a permanent resident in Canada."

Kung di niyo pa binayaran yan nung nag file kayo ng papel niyo ok lang naman wait niyo nalang ang CEM na magrequest na bayaran niyo yang fee na yan. Kasi kailangan talaga yan bago ka mabigyan ng VISA mo.

I'm the one did the typing job for my husband forms and at that time he gave me the answer of T4 2011 for Sponsorship Evaluation #3 Net Personal Income for the 12 month period preceding the date of your application. I sent the application kit to him Feb 25, and then he got his T4 2012. But he will send both the copies of T4 2011 & T4 2012. My question is; is it okay that T4 2011 is the one stated on his form? :-[ Bro ano masabi mo dyan?

Check mo tong thread na toh DJ pero ang alam ko pag nirequest na ng CEM na bayaran mo yan ifoforward ulit nila sa CIC yung receipt na talagang nabayaran mo na yung fee. Kaya medyo makakadagdag ng konting delay.

Check mo tong thread na toh DJ pero ang alam ko pag nirequest na ng CEM na bayaran mo yan ifoforward ulit nila sa CIC yung receipt na talagang nabayaran mo na yung fee. Kaya medyo makakadagdag ng konting delay.
