Hi guys tanong ko lang, pag alis niyo ba ng pinas hinanap pa ba ang TOR/Diploma sa immigration ng pinas and sa Canada? kase di ko alam kung kailangan ko pa ipa red ribbon TOR/diploma ko kindly reply plzzz.. thanks under ako ng family class -conjugal partner

@filipina,oo tama mlapit kmi sa regent..mlapit pla kau sa polo park..nung nagpamedical sya d nman tnanong sa min kng san nmin guss2 ipasend ung result bsta cla na dw bahala mgforward sa embassy.feeling ko sa manila nla sinend,tpos ung green card na cnasbi nla na 2nd copy un ung pnasa sa cpc-m..san nyo b sinend ung sa kanya?umuwi kc ako nung inayos nmin lahat ng papers nya at ung medical..nung october lng kc kmi nagpkasal kya inayos na dn nmin lahat b4 ako bumalik d2..

@embopj,i dont think klngan mo p ipared ribbon ung TOR & diploma mo..kc hndi k nman under skilled worker..under spouse/conjugal ung application mo..ung sa kin dati provincial nominee d nman nla nirequire ng red ribbon copy..i hope my suggestion helps..

hindi na po kailangan pero kung mag eenrol ka kung mag school k in the future kilangan pa pero hindi na kailangan ng red ribbon.

ah ok ako kasi sa cpc-m ko pinapasa para pag finorward na sa manila isang pasahan nila. ako kasi august pa nag pa medical then sinamahan ko halos ako ang nag ayos ng papers, im sure on the way na yun pasport request dahil nag holiday lang kaya naipit sa manila yung kakilala ko halos kasabay ko lang naaproved kahapon dumating un letters sa manila naipit yung letter nya kaya im sure it'l be there in a few days sana tommorow my good news na ;D

hi guys..actually yan din ang concern ko if need pa bang ipared ribbon ba ang mga school documents na dadalhin xe i need for my schooling again,review or exam xe im planning to take d CRNE pero dami pang process na iundergo..so magsecure na lang ako ng mga school documents ko n d na ako magpapared ribbon pa..

Hi! You can log in sa Board of nursing ng province kung saan ka pupunta for further information. Example if you are gonna apply in College of Nurses of Ontario (Board of nursing nila yan sa ontario), you have to download forms na ipapadala sa school, prc and previous employers mo.. the TOR, license confirmation, certificate of employment should be send by them, respectively...Hindi pwede na ikaw ang magbibigay sa kanila. Happy 2011 ;D

Hi, newbie lang po here...need for suggestions on which step to take..fiance is living in canada and we are planning to get married. Question is..mas okay po ba na to get married here or apply for visit visa and get married sa canada na. My fear is that if we are to go with 2nd option, which is get married i canada, it might complicate the spousal visa request in the future. Or mas okay pdin to marry here and then he can sponsor us once married. How long does it take to apply for sponsorship?


Also, would it take longer since i have a daughter?

you can start processing your application to any board of nursing, while your're still in the philippines....so that when you get here in canada, you can start practicing nursing under temporary license, if they find you eligible to take the CRNE..

hello boxterspeed3, ok here's one option:

first after you land in canada, its up to you if you want to stay here for awhile or go back immediately to Philippines BUT your PR Card should be mailed to you back home(Phil.) by your parents if you're going to that, so that you can enter Canada anytime you want.

marry your girlfriend, and apply for spousal sponsorship, which should be done in Canada because you are going to pay for the fees worth $1040 for processing and landing fee.

processing time changes all the time, but for now according to CIC.GC.CA processing time for Philippines is 9months.

now, you are asking if she can work in Canada while processing her application, ok

question:
how can she come to Canada? unless she will enter Canada as tourist for this reason she can't work,because tourist are never allowed to work, if she will work thats illegal.

i don't know how are you planning to get your girlfriend and asking if she can work here while application is in process...in my opinion it is better and safer if she stay back home for awhile and wait for her VISA, no hassle its just the matter of time.

Earal, some of my friends said that there is a required length of time before I can go back to the Philippines..I'm so confused and the same time worried that it may take a long time before I can go back to marry my girlfriend.
