Yup mamaya revise namin nang wife ko mga forms at questionaries before printing it and send it to me for my signature. Update nalang tayo dito sa forum pra makahingi nang advice. Saan Kayo mag papa medical? Choice ko maybe st Luke's po. Any suggestion?

Ako po kay Dra. Timbol sana, kasi mas mura kasi 4000 lang compare sa St. Lukes na 9k++ at parang mas konti yung nagpapa medical.. Sa St. Lukes kasi lahat ng bansa yata eh kaya marami laging tao. Mahaba din ang proseso ng pagpapa medical dun.. Pero syempre, opinion ko lang po yun hehe

For those who will have their medicals eto po, that is if sa SCTS kayo kapag sa iba pareho din yung requirements.
SCTS (Susana Camille Timbol-Sanchez) Medical Clinic
Address:
Unit 301-302 Midland Mansions Condominium
839 Arnaiz Avenue (prev. Pasay Road)

Requirements:
- 2 copies of filled-up Appendix C
- 9 copies of passport photos
- 1 photocopy of passport (biopage); bring original passport for verification
- 1 photocopy of valid id; bring original valid ID for veirification

Things done:
1. Submit filled-up Appendix-C to the information staff
2. Fill-up and answer related forms -- index card, 1-page form
3. Submit the above requirements
4. Pay the required fee
5. Extraction of blood sample
6. Collect urine sample
7. Sign related forms/docs
8. Xray
9. Physical Examination by the DMP -- Q&A about your health history, eye test, height, weight, BP, breast checking, anal check, ear check, tonsil check, thyroid check, etc...
10. Wait for the Copy 2 Medical Report with attached Appendix-C to be given to you

Hello, ako po sa St. Luke's nagpamedical. 5250 binayad ko. Mas masaya ako sa St. Luke's kahit maraming tao at medyo matagal ang hintay kasi professional sila. Kwento ko lang, yung husband ko po and yung family nya noon, ang dami dami daming hininging mga additional tests, at pinabayad kahit yung mga retake ng xray. Sila na may kasalanan non kasi malabo, etc. Pati yung sisters-in-law ko pinilit magpapregnancy test dahil di nila natandaan yung exact date ng period nila. Ayaw tanggapin yung two weeks ago na sagot. I hope na yung ibang mga nagpamedical sa kanila di ganon yung experience.

ako din still finishing pa yung questionnaire, ang hirap kasi at ang daming parang essay hehe.. baka february din kami mag submit at magkasabay tayo sa timeline kukuha pa ko NBI at Medical >.<

Hi sis!!! hehehe!!! Yung sa passport ko kase walang rush kundi regular lang, kaya sa Feb 6 ko pa makuha. DFA Megamall ako, dapat sa DFA Macapagal ako, kaso full na daw yung appointment nila for January, December ako nagpunta nuon, maghanap nalang daw ako ibang branch kaya napunta ako ng MEga. Anyway, sabi nga ng motto, "Slowly but surely!" 8) ;D Kaya pagkakuha ng passport kinabukasan nun magpamedical na ako agad kase before February ends ma-iforward ko na sa kanya...

just to make sure lang po.. pwede na po ba kami mag pasa kahit na bago palang po sa work si hubby? kaka start nya lang po kasi sa new job nya so hindi pa po pwede sabihin na stable yung job nya.. ma dedeny po ba sya kung ganun? matagal na po sya sa Canada at matagal na din po sya nag wowork, nagkataon lang po na bago yung work nya ngayon.

he told me hindi pa pwede, so kailangan pa namin mag hintay hanggang february or march, sa tingin nyo po pwede na po ba? salamat po.

hi there Tagum-N.B...can i ask if where my husband can go to ask about the status of our application since also it's already 4 months from the date we got our sponsorship approval and no letter nor email that we get from CEM..my husband is in Ontario and he is sponsoring me..what's MP office?where's that located?is there a payment for that?

I SENT U A PERSONAL REPLY, U SHOULD TELL THEM UR APPLICATION STATUS IS NOT THE SAME AS MOST U HAVE RECEIVED NO LETTER FROM MANILA IN 4 MONTHS AND NOT REQUESTED PASSPORTS LIKE OTHERS

Thanks sa info. St Luke's talaga ang first choice ko. Kasi nga magaganda naman comment sa kanila yun nga lang medyo matagal pag wait. Pa medical ako hopefully this week coming medyo may sipon pa kasi ako at ubo. Advisable kaya after ko gumaling pa medical agad ako or need to condition for some more days?
