Spouse eligibility for IELTS

Hi,
Can spouse (dependent) score 5.5 in any section of IELTS .
Will her that score can be added along with her primary applicant.
For example primary applicant score is ( 8, 8,7,7.7).Whereas dependent got ( 6 , 6.5,7,5.5)
Will dependant score will be added to CRS score.
