Spouse ECA after ITA

Hi.

We answered 'No' to Spouse ECA report before ITA as we didn't have it. The ECA from WES arrived post ITA. Should we :
1. Keep it 'no' and just submit the ECA with language report
2. Update the questionnaire on spouse education and answer 'yes' to having an ECA.
