Spouse dependent Visa.

Hi,
I completed my masters from canadian and now I am on PGWP. My wife came to canada by spouse visa (open work permit) as my dependent when I was student. Now after getting my PGWP, I want to extend my wife's work permit. Also, I am working in NOC B category. Could anybody please guide me for the procedure?
