I am a private job employee, I moved to Canada in 2016, now I received my PR Invitation. My wife is a state government employee in India, but she is on leave for more than 4 years. After that we never tried to get back to her job due to family reasons. Now we would like to go for PR in Canada. Do she need to resign her job in India and need to provide those acceptance papers as part of my police clearance or can we state she was working in state government but not now.
