My spouse born on Feb 06,2001 and her birth certificate registered on Dec 12, 2001 is this considered as late registered birth certificate ?
and one more thing according to IRCC if birth certificate registered late PR should provide baptism certificate, old school records and voter id for India.
in above mention three can we provide any one of it or it is mandatory to provide all three ?
