I have banned 3.5 year ago for 5 year which i dont know recently i married and my wife already applied pr for her but now we gotta know about ban when we aplly for work permit i have ban when i applied first time for study visa does it affect my wife’s pr please suggest what best for her

If you are inadmissible, she is now also inadmissible, meaning that her PR application will probably fail. Talk to a good immigration lawyer. This assumes that her PR application is still being processed.
If she already has PR status, it doesn't affect her at all.
