spouse application processing times who lives other than their nationality

My wife is apply for my spouse sponsorship visa application yesterday (19-sep-16). What will be processing time applied on me because i live in Dubai, UAE and my nationality is Pakistani according to CIC processing time for UAE is 14 months and for Pakistan is 24 months which one is applied on me? and this duration is maximum limit? or should be soon or more late?

It will be acc to your nationality ie Pakistani.

Your app will most likely be sent to London, which is the current visa office for Pakistan. 24 months is how long it took to process 80% of apps, so most are processed faster. I suggest you have a look at the spreadsheet in the London thread for a better idea of the actual processing time.
