My Husband {from Canada, Edmonton} has applied PR for me {India}. CIC received our application on February 12, 2018. Started processing on May 9, 2018.
I have cleared my medicals, police verification and other document processes.
Its been 5months now after my medicals have been cleared.
I have also got a notification e-mail from CIC noting all process has been cleared from Canada immigration department.
My status check shows "In-Process" how long more will it take for background check & passport request to come?
In the same time, can I apply for a temporary visitor visa and meet my husband? Will it affect my PR process? will my visitor visa get rejected on informing my PR is in the process to the visa department at the time of submission?
