Spouse already applied for PR, informing the same to IRCC

Wife had a Canadian work permit and already applied under CEC, AOR - May 2021
Marriage - NOV 2021, India
Both are now living in India.

My wife has received ADR for my documents but they are asking for Police Clearance Certificate again and also the fees.

You need to provide the information they have requested and pay the fees. It doesn't matter if you have a separate application.

I took a consultation from Kubeir, one can mark the spouse as non-accompanying and then they don't have to pay the fees, so my wife will mark me as non-accompanying and I will mark my wife as non-accompanying in our respective application and fees for non-accompanying members are not required.
