I am a FSW Outland Express entry applicant. AOR is 13 Aug, 2017. I have not received my PR yet. I got married on 15-11-2017 (Formal signing of marriage documents/Nikkah only ) and the marriage celebration/rukhsati & Valima took place on 21-06-2018 after which we started living together in UAE. I added her to my application after we started living together, submitting all the required documents/forms.
Now, I have received new forms to be filled from CIC.
In form IMM 5490,
1) Q. 27, Have you and your sponsor lived together?
Is it implying living together before or after we got married? We did not live together before marriage. If I answer Yes, then we are continuously living together since 21-06-2018, whereas there is an end date I have to put.
2) Q. 24, Has your sponsor visited you during the period of your relationship?
Does the period of relationship refers to the time before marriage or after marriage? As I only met my spouse a couple of times before marriage as I lived in UAE and she in Pakistan.
In form IMM 5540,
1) Q. 11, Are you currently living in Canada?
I have never been to Canada as I have not gotten my PR yet. If I answer No, it says to write the date I plan to return to Canada?
