I really want to help from members of this forum in my case. Me and my husband both are in Canada now a days i just landed here before a month on spouse open work permit and my husband on open work permit here since last two years previously two years he studied here. Now my question is that if we are putting together PR file in express entry then our CRS score is 435 and my husband putting file as a not accompany spouse for PR for a firm reason that my mother in low's health is not good may be i need to go back at India then his score is around 447 So What are you all suggest that we should put file together for PR with low CRS score or my husband can put file alone with valid reason to not accompany spouse that CRS score is 447?? And in future when my husband will get PR as a single(not accompany spouse) at that time i can be in trouble to approve my PR file later on as dependent?
