Hi Everyone,

first, thanks for all the help you provided to everyone.

My wife applied for PGWP and I have an OWP which will expire July 31. I am applying for OWP extension but have a question.

should I fill the form in a way that I am applying as myself or my wife is applying for me? cause one of the questions was that "are you applying for a family member"?

what should I answer?

please help.

if you have any link that can help me with applying for spousal OWP I would appreciate it if you share it with me.

If you are filling out the OWP yourself you are applying for yourself.

yes, I am applying for myself but she's the main applicant.

so, being the main applicant is not the case here and I should say NO to applying for the family member.

as I said because she's the main applicant I assumed she IS the one who is the CIC referring to and she should apply for a family member (me in this case).

She isn’t the main applicant on your OWP.
