exactly sunny they never mentioned where my file is proceed even my husband went to high commission office but they didn't disclose anything

do you know it's human right ..by law it's not right ..I am also dealing in immigration from long time I know every country rule but Canada is complicated...they have their own rules....in England they send letter on every process and they provide exact date of decision but here omg

Hi concorde did they request any documents from you if so can u share wht kind of documents they request. if so can u send me the link where you have uploaded. is it on your mycic or case specific enquiry. actually they dint even saying anything that my file is processing in one particular location like you. last time when we applied it was processed at bangalore.

Hi sunny. It is via CSE link itself. Online files are transferred anywhere in the country, so as a practice, I used to updations (if any) to all CSE sections of all 3 VOs and they do attach this communication to your file wherever ur file is being processed.

For my case, They didnt ask for anything, but I reveived by CAIPS for last refusal which was processed at Delhi VO. Hence the updations. Received acknowledgement from delhi VO with a cc marked to chandigarh consulate that your case has been transferred to chandigarh office, and further communication if any shouls be addressed to them.

The crazy part is u apply online which is touted as relatively faster method and they transfer files to diff VOs at their own discretion with such a contrast in their processing time. Absolutely no brainer system. I ve been a part of Canadian Immigration industry for long having even worked with Canadian immigration law firms and i can tell you that whether u go through a lawyer or individual or an iccrc member, the files are processed without any bias. But yes, such vague workflow without any clarity is definitely a bummer. But what can we do?

Any update on April applications---VFS Chandigrh applicants. Why the hell is this process so slow? & no status update besides that old excruciating line - 'Your application has been processed....". I have seen it so many time now, i will never forget it ;D.
