spousal work permit extension

Hello friends,

I have a question regarding "spousal work permit extension”.

How to extend work permit for Spouse (open work permit)?

On the Canada.ca website, there is a form to extend the work permit for the primary applicant, however, for the spouse; I could NOT locate a form. Do I need to submit same form as Primary (IMM 5710) or some other form? If it is the same form, then what should I mention for the Q3, where it asks for reason for extension:
a.) Apply for a work Permit with the same employer
b.) Apply for a Work permit for the first time or with new employer
c.) Restore my status as a worker (Not applicable in my case as my existing work permit is still intact)
d.) Get a new TEMP. Work Permit (for inadmissible applicants only)

Please let me know the procedure so that I can submit the correct form and help other people in the future. We (both PRI and spouse) both are carrying the Indian passports.

So, I found the answer by checking with IRCC directly. Spouse work permit will have the same option checked as the Primary applicant as both's work-permit is sponsored by the same employer. Hence, while renewing the work-permit for the spouse, choose option a.) Apply for a work Permit with the same employer in the application (if one is renewing the work-permit with the same employer).
