Please advise in following case , really appreciate your help.
Mr S applied for student visa in canada , during the process he was sure about getting the visa after the admission in top government college
Parents did arrange engagement with a Canadian girl. Wedding was confirmed and just before the wedding student visa rejection came, now both boy n girl went ahead n did wedding as everything was arranged. ( in covid times student visa was working very slow)
Now Canadian girl wants to sponsor husband and staying out in another country together , they have pictures and proofs and also expecting a baby now, so medical proofs also.
Is it more prudent for a Canadian girl to ckme back n sponsor husband from inside canada or visa officer will doubt the case due to student visa rejection of first time and she should stay out and apply outside canada.
Sorry for the long post . But have high hope that anyone will guide here please.

Since she is Canadian, she doesn't have to be in Canada to sponsor her husband. The student visa would be a concern for less serious relationships or marriages for the purpose of immigration. In your case it sounds like the marriage is genuine, and in that case it shouldn't be a problem provided you give them strong evidence in your application.
