Spousal Visa/ Dependent Visa requirement

Hello everyone,
I have question related to spousal visa / dependent visa for my wife. As I'm already living and working full-time in Canada on post graduate open work permit. I would like to sponsor / invite my wife as my dependent on a base of open work permit. May I please know what documents will I need from the both of us? As she is also working full-time in back home.
