Hi;
The application is with NDVO. Got PPR few days back. My concern is; the applicant had a long travel history which was submitted along with the application"Supplementary Information Form-Delhi".
Now after the application package was sent out, the applicant made two more work related travel (which obviously is evident in passport). While sending the passport, should we let NDVO know of his additional two travels made after the application was send out?? If so, can we attach the entire travel history again along with a covering letter??

Thanks

If you've been approved to sponsor, no need to update them on it, since you've already passed. Sending information to them won't harm your case, but it's probably little more than just a basic distraction in this case.
Ok, thanks. I'm just going to leave it then unless I actually get the job I'm hoping for, which would be substantial.

Hi!

What's a GCMS for? Thanks
GCMS stands for Global Case Management System and it is a complete file of notes on your application.....many people request these notes if they feel their file has been sitting way too long...or if an interview is requested. You can order the notes and they take 30 days to receive and they will be 30 days old. There will not be current information on them.

HELP PLS!

my husband sent our application for Quebec yesterday (0ct. 12, 2012) but we just noticed from our copyof the form A-0546-GF that we overlooked to put a check on the box of Female or Male :( and we're worried that they may send back our application. My questions are:

1) Is there any way for them to consider it? since my husband is already approved as a sponsor it's only the Quebec papers that we need to finish since he is from Quebec. The Direction du courrier et de l'encaissement – Immigration familiale where we sent our application is just 30 mins away from his house will it be possible that he will just go there to complete the form?

2) If in case they approved our Quebec application which we will know after 20 business days, how long will it take for me to receive a PPR? coz my worry is that my medical is going to expire this coming January 31, 2013 :(

Hope to hear from you...Thank you in advance!

Good day, everybody!

I have sent my application on 11th July 2012 and I have not yet received my Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR). All I have is an application fee receipt. In the meantime, I want to send some documents but how do I do this if I don't have the AOR yet? Should I wait for the AOR to arrive first? Please reply if you send supporting documents after you have sent an application package. Thanks in advance for any help.

I would wait until you get an AOR.. You will then have a UCI # and client ID that you can send. Other than that your stuff may get lost.

I think this documents are important. I was thinking to send them a copy with a cover letter. Just let them know that I would provide originals as soon as I get my client ID. Thank you for your reply!

There is a protocol for signing a terminal disclaimer. It means she can never be sponsored in the family class, but as long as she signs something that says she does not wish to be examined and understands the ramifications and you do so as well, she won't need to be examined or evaluated.

Advise the visa office and they will tell you what they require.

I suspect there are a couple of possible outcomes here:

(1) They will return the forms to you.
(2) If it is obvious, they may just simply check off the relevant box and proceed.
(3) They will contact you and ask you to correct the error

You can try to contact them, perhaps by fax or e-mail or if they have a telephone number, and ask them how to proceed.

Unfortunately, predicting times is a bit like trying to tell the future. So drink this cup of tea and we will read the tea leaves after.

You don't mention if you are inland or outland. If you are outland, you don't mention the VO processing your application, but of course their processing time will also make a difference. Thus, it's difficult to even hazard a guess.

Sorry. :(

You aren't required to advise them. It wouldn't be a misrepresentation to not update them and if they cared the could ask any way. On the other hand, pointing it out to them is not going to damage your application, either. Thus, it doesn't seem as if it will make any difference one way or the other.

CSQ APPROVED -ADDING SPOUSE- PLS. HELP

HI COMPUTERGEEK! Good day to everyone. I really need some advice and I'm very worried as of now.

I started my application under Quebec immigration November 2011 and received notice for an interview JUNE 2012. I got married January 2012 and proceeded with the interview without my spouse but I brought with me my marriage certificate during the interview and the officer was aware I got married - I got my CSQ . I sent back my original csq to quebec office august 2012 and requested if my husband can be included so we can land together in canada soon. My file is received under federal application september 2012 . MY QUESTIONS ARE:

1. Will they reject my application because I requested for my husband to be included or will we be interviewed again so we can have a new csq?

2. My federal application is received september 2012, am I still waiting for a medical exam if I don't have my csq? I know medical exams are valid for one year, will my spouse do medical exam togehter with me if we don't know yet if we can have a new csq? How long do we have to wait for medical exams?

Please help me.

I'm guessing you applied in the skilled worker class, not family class, right? Because otherwise, what you're saying doesn't make any sense to me.

No, they wouldn't reject you. It shouldn't be necessary to interview you again, either.

Which visa office is processing your application? It may be some time before they request medicals, but when they do so they would ask for you both to have medical examinations done. Much of this will depend upon the processing time for your visa office.

Thank you very much for your info. Yes, it is under skilled worker. File forwarded in Manila. I started my file when I was in Florida but my working visa expired so I was interviewed in HongKong.
