Did your husband call them? Because they can also provide some information over the phone.
I actually went to the MP yesterday regarding PR and CR and CDCP (Canada Dental Care Plan). Waiting for a call back. I applied for the CDCP and was not approved because my husband does not file taxes in Canada. I meet all the requirements otherwise. I don’t think it is fair to deny me access to a program that I need just because my husband is not a Canadian/PR/Refugee etc.

Does your husband need to retake the Medical Exam since it has been over a year since it was last completed?
The PR GCMS notes stated that the only barrier right now is the fact that my husband is inadmissible due to criminality. I assume that if the CR application is approved then he will get a request to redo the medical. I think they only extend the medical expiry date for those that are inland. (The CR GCMS notes states that the due date for the criminality is May 7, 2026, not that that means anything but gives me hope that the decision is near.)

VO has the discretion to reorder medical test or extend the expiry date. They typically wait until application is close to completion to reorder another medical.

We just recieve gcms note for our CR. Nothing change since July 2023. But I just wonder what does it mean 'NRT' on the application page.

It said

New Value: NRT
Office: GCMS - System
Updated date: 2023/07/27

Do you guys know what does it mean??

No Reportable Trace, I think.

I did a Google search and AI said:

This is a positive status indicating that the background check is complete and no adverse information was found that would affect your immigration application.
Thank you for your reply.
I googled it as well, but not so sure what does it mean exactly about our CR application.... so confuse. Does it mean we don't have to apply CR?

Probably. Maybe you are deemed rehabilitated? Not sure why it is taking so long though if that note was from 2023.

thank you! Should I send web form? We are waiting PR bgc as well. I thought our PR bgc is getting delayed to be done because of CR. We applied PR 2025 March though.

I wouldn’t worry. You are still within the estimated timeline for your application. A web form would not be useful in my opinion.

This is what my GCMS notes for CR state, for comparison to yours:

APPLICATION: 1
Field Name: Status
Action: Updated
Old Value: Sent - Partner
New Value: Ready to be Assessed
Office: GCMS-System
Updated Date: 2025/05/07
